GOT MARRIED!! 

Yep. It finally happened.  On June 16, 2007 Adam and I were married at Westlake Village Inn in Ventura County.  It was a lovely time with family and friends.  We had peeps come all the way from Japan (Aaron Bitzer) and Canada (Angie & Dan Thorton, and my great uncle and aunt Ping & Bing Yee).  The ceremony started around 10:30 am.  It certainly took us ladies longer to get ready than we had anticipated...but worth it!  Bridesmaids include Tricia Lam (maid of honor), Karissa Lee (long time GOC friend), Jennifer Fritsch (roommate and UCSD friend of the groom) and Amanda Thompson, (GCC and missions pal).  Groomsmen were Albert Lin (best man and roommate), Richard Chen (USCD friend), Jeremy Cagle (GCC and seminary pal) and Justin Lyon (home church, GCC and seminary pal) who flew in that morning from Nor Cal because he was in another wedding the night before.  Officiants included Pastor Chris Bruynzeel, Adam's jr. high pastor and family friend and Dr. David Smith, TMC biblical counseling mentor.  We had an Italian lunch buffet in a bright, open room overlooking a tranquil green pond and golf course.  A Nacho Libro groomscake was presented later in the afternoon to the delight of the happy groom. ;)  We got a free night at the inn before taking off to our honeymoon hotel in Carmel by the Sea.  The next morning was Father's Day so we took the opportunity to meet up with our parents for brunch at Marmalade Cafe.  It was a blessing to be able to spend time with them and reminisce about the previous day's events. Still getting used to the new last name--it's got quite a few letters more than the old one: Chiappelone.  (Chap-uh-lone-ee)
